Working in Sales for a construction technology company it is critical to define how our key value driver - SPEED TO MARKET - impacts our customers. It is particularly important for the Owner/Operators and end users who are looking at the full proforma picture. In the race to meet the data computing demand, data center owners are building more now than they have ever built. Speed is the currency by which they measure success. This tool was built with internal project metrics (conventional vs. ConXtech) and supplemented by research to determine what are the key inputs/variables at the owner level that impact revenue. I created those fields as input values (IT capacity in MW, Days delivered early, Revenue/GPU Hour, Power Density KW/GPU, Utilization % and Annual WACC %). The ROI is significant.
