Deal Radar is a custom-built business development tool I created for ConXtech to automate pre-construction project tracking across target markets. The app continuously scans 13 RSS and API sources — including SAM.gov, local permit databases, and industry news — to surface relevant construction opportunities across data centers, healthcare, government/military, education, industrial, and more.Each lead is automatically scored and tiered into Hot Leads, Watch List, and Market Signals, with AI-generated action recommendations tailored to ConXtech’s go-to-market strategy (known GC partners, target regions, seismic market fit, proprietary vs. conventional steel). The pipeline is filterable by region, project type, GC status, and deal stage, and includes a status tracking workflow so the BD team can move leads from prospect to pursuit without leaving the app.The system pairs with a custom Cowork sales outreach skill that takes any flagged lead, researches the project and stakeholders, scans the CRM for existing relationships, and drafts a personalized outreach email — turning a raw lead into a ready-to-send pitch in minutes.
